This amazing event on March 5th 2022, along the beautiful California coastline, will highlight Mental Health issues and promote Self-Care as a Lifestyle within marginalized communities here in inner-city Los Angeles and around the world.
COVID-19 affected many communities worldwide, leaving many people lonely, confused, depressed, unemployed, and homeless. Recently, increased suicide attempts, domestic violence, and anxiety have heightened the existing, glaring need for mental health support.
Our platform will provide tools that can be adapted and incorporated into daily routines to help cope with triggers while providing support from licensed professionals.
We want you to have a great time at our 5K / 10K Run & Walk (with Kids) all while raising awareness around Mental Health and Self-Care As A Lifestyle.
